This section is melting the scrap steels through steel making (ARC) furnace within the temperature of (1600-1700 C), passing over the chemical and physical tests and defining the desired grade these melted steels are carried through special frames by ceiling cranes to the casting section.

This melting device machine has the capacity of producing 100 tons per day and has the special superiority and distinction than other machines, as its name implies this device can apparently be used in making and melting various shapes and grades.
