Steel Melting
This section melts scrap steel using an ARC furnace at temperatures between 1600-1700°C. The melted steel undergoes chemical and physical tests to determine the desired grade, and then is transported by ceiling cranes to the casting section.
The melting device has a capacity of producing 100 tons per day and is superior to other machines. It is capable of making and melting various shapes and grades.

Casting Metal
This section is responsible for casting steel ingots from melted steel. The sizes of these ingots are determined based on customer requirements, typically produced in sizes of 80mm, 90mm, and 100mm.
Additionally, this segment can cast various kinds of tools, apparatus, and equipment with different composites based on customer specifications.

Re-Rolling
Kabul Folad Steel’s re-rolling process is pivotal in manufacturing steel bars and angles of various sizes. We employ two distinct rolling machines to accommodate different production capacities.
The 10-inch rolling machine produces steel bars and angles with a capacity of 120 tons per day.
The 8-inch rolling machine, designated as HP650, operates at 250 RPM with a potential capacity of 80 tons per day, also used for producing small-sized steel ingots.
